Hello , I had my normal full body checkup last week on 21 September, and my Tsh level was 6.50 (Reference Range-0.3-5.5). My T3 and T4 were in normal range . I have no symptoms or problems which I ever felt. What should be my next steps .Should I be going for medication . My age -28. Thanks !

Elevation of TSH level with normal T3 T4 is subclinical hypothyroidism.Treatment is considered only if there's symptoms associated it or when TSH is 10 and above. You can repeat the test after 3 months

It can be subclinical hypothyroidism or just temporary change. Make sure to repeat your S. TSH after one month and again after 3 months.
