My father age 84 years he is diabetic patient his sugar level not decreasing it constant on 231 after food since 2 months and he is use glimestar m1 1 tablet before breakfast and dinner and dynaglipt ip 20 mg after food and cilacar 10 for bp sir please suggest how this blood sugar down.

May need to add alfa glucosidase inhibitors which controls the post meal sugar peaks by slowing the absorption of sugars from gut.
Get his HbA1c tested and consult a Diabetologist for the same.
