My father has diabetes and his sugar level is not going down even after taking medication for it. He has sugar level always above 250 and he always gets calf pain...is it interlinked with sugar?..

Yes most of the pains that we have a link to diabetes levels in diabetics.
Also deficiency of some vitamins could be the cause.
We will need to correct both the Sugars and the vitamin levels for this to normalise.
