Sugar in urine + but blood sugar normal
I have little UTI symptoms after during urine test its Urine sugar is detected + but today when i do a blood sugar test its 125... Is i got an diabetes at the age of 24... Previously few days back on jan 11 i do a same urine test and urine culture nothing was found its a normal. But how i get a + sugar in urine... Iam feeling nervous... Because after few days iam going to join CRPF force. Iam attaching my reports.

Pls do a fasting and post prandial blood sugar and hba1c to confim diabetes
Ur urine report is normal and single plus can come some times ..do don't worry
