Sugar fluctuates. Nt able to conveive

Asked for Female, 35 Years

My AMH is 5.5. I am 35 yrs old. Taking BP medicine from past 1 yr. Bp is inder control now. Trying to conceive dince last 2 years. Not successful. Periods cycle ranges from 28 to 34 days. I get periods for 5 days every mth. Sometimes my diabetes level comes as 120(pp) and sometimes 140 or 150 or 160. It keeps on fluctuating. Monitoring 4 times in a day. It keeps on fluctuating. Pls suggest me can i try to get pregnancy induced through any medication or treatment of pregnancy. Is it safe if diabetes level fluctuates?
