High blood sugar directly affects ,eye ,CVS & kidney ,signs & symptoms related with eye is first observed because it is related with vision, so far kidney is concerned ,when 80% of kidney is damaged one comes to know about kidney involvement, it is same with cvs also,very late diagnosis,  diabetes patients have to be careful & should strictly control his blood sugar with check up of FBS,PP& HbAic,)to know your status of blood sugar.
