Suffuring from fatigue
I m suffering from multiple things .Firstly I am having fatigue .Past month ,my taste and smell changes .I am getting a foul smell n taste in almost everything .I am also having insomnia.So much mood swings .I want to consult to doctor but not sure which specialist I should consult.please guide for the same .
