Suffering with cold
Suffering continuosly with cold & some other problems.The symptoms he is facing that are cough ,throat problem for more than 20 days .It's still hanging around 30 days pain in chest.we should see a doctor for treatment for this case. This makes very unwilling for when we are something other work.

I can understand your concern.
Nothing much can be done if you are busy.
If you want treatment then you will have to get yourself checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
We cannot come over there.
