I am Suffering from Pilonidal sinus and I have consulted some Allopathy doctors, but didnt got any proper solution and I dont want to go for any surgery. Can You help me with your medicines.

You can go to a homeopath and find medicines after proper diagnosis need not to worried , homeopathy can avoid surgeries
