Recurrence of urinary tract infection is quite common in young females.
Get urine culture and sensitivity test done along with the ultrasonography of abdomen especially for the KUB region and post void residual urine to further characterise your problem.
Long term maintenance therapy may be required.
Consult a urologist for clinical examination as well
