I am suffering from tinitus ..an abnormal ringing sound in my left ear.I have consulted with doctor and went through audometry test but doctor told me there's no problem in ear.what to do with it?It is quit irretating

Chronic tinnitus is usually because of hearing loss and usually won't respond to any treatment. You may need to use hearing aids or undergo tinnitus retraining therapy for benefits
