Suffering from skin allergy

I am suffering small and large pimpels on throat and face since long time when the problem start i take medicine from homeopathic Dr. And my face clear within one month after this i suffering again and again that problem all pimpels take more than 15 days and not clear quickly plz give me solution what i do?
