Dear sir I am suffering from sinus problem the main problem is there is blockage of nose in night and due to that blockage there is pain near ear while talking .please suggest

You seem to be suffering from chronic rhinosinusitis which is a common type of nose and sinus disorder. You may need to undergo diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses for confirmation of diagnosis. Once confirmed appropriate treatment can be planned
