Heavy snoring, triredness. Consulted 2 doctors one suggested operation other CPAP. Polysomnography has confirmed severe obstructive sleep apnea. please guide me.

OSA- obstructive sleep apnea requires- weight loss in over weight individuals, sleeping in lateral position may help, check your thyroid- TSH.. If not CPAP will help you.
