Suffering from piles
Hi Team, Hope you are doing good.. I'm naresh, suffering from piles from past one year there is blood bleeding but feeling very elergy at anal not able to sit for long time really irritating.. Please suggest a possible solution to overcome this problem.

Hi    Consult general surgeon for evaluation of degree or severity ... You might have to undergo surgery for the same ... Till then you can have fibre rich diet , laxatives and excess of water... Local anaesthetic cream for topical application.
