Suffering from PCOS

I am 26 years old unmarried girl.... Suffering from PCOS since last few months.... My periods are regular though...but after my periods get over, after one week or so.... I again experience menstrual cramps.... Is it normal?

Hello.. dysmenorrhea could be primary or secondary to uterine fibroid or endometriosis.... using a heating pad, hot water bottle or heat patch on your lower abdomen may ease menstrual cramps. Psychological stress may increase your risk of menstrual cramps and their severity.consult gynaecologist once
