Hi, I can understand this. PCOS require multidisciplinary approach. You need to work on Diet, exercise, Stress levels and Hormonal profiles.
If you are overweight then exercise and diet should help you. Try to keep your weight in range of height in cms-105.
Stress levels should be reduced by meditation and also by exercise.
Along with this your hormonal profile serum FSH, LH, Thyroid profile and prolactin, fasting sugar and fasting insulin levels need to be done. And get treated according to whatever is increased.
You need to take APCOD sachet daily for 3 months. If BMI >25 then APCOD obese.
