From last 1 year i am suffering from nosal blockage.I thing it is sinusitis. Because of this sometimes i feel uncomfortable to speak properly.

Don't make diagnosis of your own...nose block for 1year should not be ignored.. get examined by ENT specialist to rule out any nasal mass or other pathology...
