Suffering from loose motion for 4 weeks
Hello. I have a sound digestive system but since the beginning of October this year, I am suffering from loose motion and occasional stomach cramps that has relapsed thrice in one month. When I take medicines, the situation improves for a few days but again I'm back to square one when the course gets over. This happens more when I have something spicy or rich. I am having a controlled diet with little to no oily foods and I mostly eat at home. Plus I work out 4-5 times a week. So I usually eat healthy, indulging in the occasional kebab or pizza. Please suggest a remedy as this is impacting my work life. Thank you.

[ ] Loose motion can be due to bowel infection or some times drug induced. The most important aspect is to take plenty of oral liquids / ORS powder 2-3 teaspoon in one glass of Luke warm water for 3-4 times a day.Probiotics help a lot in this respect. There are certain anti secretory medicines and antibiotics used to combact intractable diarrhoea. Chronic diarrhoea happens mainly due irritable bowel syndrome which has a totally different line of management.Be on semisolid / liquid diet. Feel free to ask any further quary related to this
