Suffering from hyperglycemia
I am 60 years old and two days before i checked my fasting glucose level and it was 400 ,feeling very week ,and appetite loss ..and i had never been glucose in past. In last two months i was taking torsemide combination with spirolactone and also vaptan and now i have 400 in fasting glucose what can i do

Your sugar levels are very high and you should immediately start some medicines for it. Before doing so just repeat your blood sugar once for confirmation.
