Suffering from heavy tooth pain
My health condition: Age-62 years, underwent ANGIOPLASTY procedure during 2007 and regularly attending reviews at GKNM Hospital -Last revire during March-2016 with satisfactory results- Also a Diabetic-105 when checked during march 2017- no bp problem I think that my decayed tooth are to be removed-I would like to have medical advice as to what preliminary steps to be taken by me for this

It is better to follow the advice of Cardiologist and till he gives the clearance you should not go for extraction and rather no Oral Surgeon will go ahead with extraction without clearance from your treating cardiologist. Tooth extraction is fairly simple procedure but you cannot take chance and it can only be done after clearance from your Cardiologist.
Next Steps
Visit your treating cardiologist first followed by oral surgeon.
Health Tips
It is better that you go to some multispeciality hospital where all emergency facilities are available. Precaution is better though nothing may happen.

Doctor needs to see your cardiologist prescription as you must be taking anti coagulants  (blood thinners) .we need to see which medicine and in what dosage you are taking .you might need a cardiologist consent before extraction and some blood reports
