Suffering from fever

Asked for Male, 3 Years

2.5 years kid suffering from loose stools .Stool controlled with in a day but fever maintaining at 99-100F , offloxcin and paracitmol being used, I'd it fine .fever still not controlled , today is 3rd day Regards Srinivas
