Suffering from dysentry
Hi Doctor,
My 4 years old is suffering from watery loose motion from 3 to 4 days. I gave him Z & D DS 20 suspension zinc dry powder -5 ml a day. Let me know what is the exact dose of this medication.
Can we give this medication twice a day. I have given Enterogermina 5 ml twice a day.
Still the loose motion is not stopped.

Dose of zinc is 5 ml one time a day for 14 days.
Enterogermina u can give maximum 3 times a day
Loose stool will become normal in 2-3 days, if loose stool persists more than 3 days, visit a doctor

Hydrate the child well with water, ORS and coconut water
