3 month old daughter pooping watery!!
Hi, my 3 month old daughter is pooping watery since 2 days and 3-4 times a day. Have given her Vizylac dry syrup 2.5ml today morning but no changes yet.
Can someone pls suggest me a way forward immediately?

On what feeding she is??
If on exclusive breastfeeding , passing Urine > 6-7 times a day, taking feeding and playful active no need to worry, it is a normal variation.
If on top feed, and decrease urine output, not taking proper feeding, dull.....
Stop top feeding give exclusive BF + lactose free formula (isomil/neusobee)
Pre-progut Sachet 1/2 twice a day for 5 days
Syrup Zinc acetate / Zinc citrate 2.5 ml once a day for 14 days
Next Steps
exclusive breastfeeding, maintain proper hygiene, avoid bottler feeding.
consult Pediatrician in person if not resolved in 2-3 days.
