Suffering From Cervical
Actuality I am suffering from Cervical. Continue Pain On Shoulder and Neck I am also Taking Therapy for that But Still no Change in Condition

Be careful of posture of Neck. Don't bend your neck & work for long, like while using mobile. In the office raise computer monitor to your eye level. Do cervical spine exercises. Give frequent rest to Neck by keeping head backwards on a cushion
