Suffering from 6 moth vaginal prolapse
Vaginal prolapse giving pain at times of pee n poop. In period time even worse pain. Sometimes feel itchy. My height 5.6" But weight 82kg. Please suggest me something which doesn't include surgery. I want to try my level best and I will our my heart I to it. Just need a solution which can give me relief out of this prolapse. I want to reverse it. I also need one more help. I want to do aerobic and other exercises can it be done with prolapse sot hat is can reduce my weight n can reverse the prolapse as well.
