Suffering frm indigestion
I had my gall bladder removed 9 years back and up-to now I had almost no issues with digestion. From the past 1 year I am having indigestion problems. It happens mostly once a month when I get low to medium fever and my bowel seems full and tight. Then it went off within one night. The next day seems to be kind of hangover with less appetite and then everything becomes normal. I get pale yellow urine for 2-3 days then. Can anyone suggest me some home remedies or medication. Thank you

Hi there...Increasing your fiber intake will help promote good digestion....Foods that are fiber-rich include beans, fruits, whole grains, beans and vegetables....in adequate fluid content in your diet can help you in better digestion...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercise...consult physician if symptoms persists.
