Candidiasis requires proper antifungal course depending on type of infection and area affected. Dose of the medicine should be according to your weight for complete cure. Apart from this we need to do some blood test to make sure there are no other factors like which may affect the treatment outcome like diabetes,immunity issues, etc.
Usually if there are no other factors, fungal infection should clear in few months.We may have to continue maintainance treatment if there is recurrent infection.
