Suddenly stopped eating and is irritated
Hi Doctor
My 22 months old daughter has suddenly stopped eating since yesterday. She has been someone so much interested in her food usually but since yesterday she refuses to eat, I have been force feeding her so that atleast little goes into her stomach. Even water she is drinking lesser compared to usual.
Also she looks very irritated and cries for little things. Iam sure something is bothering her. I checked her temperature and it's normal. Please help.

Hi sandhya, kindly check consistency of stool, whether its hard or loose....
Sometimes child becomes irritable in mild cold also...

This could a prodrome of a viral illness. So do not worry. Give food in small amounts. Give colicaid drops if cranky.
