He is having sugar from past 20yrs, he is taking insulin now a days. All of a Suddenly full sweeting and shivering came. What might be the cause. For showing doctor what health checkup required.

The most likely cause is hypoglycemia (low sugar). If it happens again check sugar with glucometer and give his something to eat. If sugar levels are normal during the attack get his heart check up done
