I checked thyroid and sonography both the test results are normal... I am on 21 day contraceptive medication to regularize periods (1st pack).. I am deeply concerned bout excessive weight gain (75kgs)

Hello.. Continue the tablets... You need to consult s nutritionust and then get a diet counselling done and follow strict diet... Try eating cucumber carrots as much as possible... Walk for a min of 30 mim per day...hpin aerobic or gym... Drink loads of water min of 8-10 glasses
