Sudden sweating and flurry

Asked for Male, 54 Years

Suddden sweating with flurry we have done all test nothing has found except B12 Vitamin D cholesterol and last week we have gone through egc but it is fine Sudden sweating is from last one month and occurs within 5 to 7 days
