Sudden scratching with red patches

Asked for Male, 36 Years

I have sudden scratch at any part of the body where red red patches occurred and once I apply coconut oil over there scratch sensation also goes and multiple red patches also diminshes after a while. I am taking cetrizine one at night from 15 days. It goes well once I take it regularly but once I stop taking cetrizine the problem persists.
