Sudden rise of heart beat

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hello, Since few days,I have been suffering from sudden rise of heart beat while sleeping or lieing down on bed.I havenot consulted any doctor as i am not figuring out to whom i should consult.As i have been suffering from anxiety and palpitation as well due to lot of stress.In the beginning i thought its because of stress.But even if i am totally fine with no stress sometimes i get this rising of heart beat.It would be helpful if i get some advice. Thanks
