Sudden redness on face

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I was bitten by bed bugs that caused severe acne like condition all over my face 2 years back. With medication, the lumps are gone but I was left with mild redness on my face which was fading naturally with time. But yesterday the redness increased rapidly again all over my cheeks. Kindly suggest a solution.
