Sudden pimples on cheeks
I am getting lot of pimples from past 7 months before that my face was clear only use to get 1 or 2 pimple but now I have like 20 of them it's really frustrating all the time it itches and also I am suffering from. Seborrheic dermatitis please help me clear this and I also have lot of protein rich food like chicken eggs etc and I do gyming..

Treatment for Acne/Pimples:-Aclind Gel / Faceclin Gel / D’ACNE Plus gel for application twice daily over affected area. For Marks (spots) - DUCRAY Photoscreen Depigment Cream / Demelan cream for application once in a week at night (very little over marks only) For face wash Rejuglow Facewash/ Episoft OC Cleanser/ Saslic DS Wash. Hi.... Wash problem areas with a gentle cleanser. Twice a day, use your hands to wash your face with a mild soap and warm water.... Avoid certain products, such as facial scrubs, astringents and masks, because they tend to irritate skin, which can worsen acne. Excessive washing and scrubbing also can irritate skin..... Avoid irritants. You may want to avoid oily or greasy cosmetics, sunscreens....Don't pick or squeeze blemishes. Doing so can cause infection or scarring. Consult Dermatologist...
