Sudden pain in vigina

Hello Doc, i am a Mother of 13 months old baby By C sec and now from two days i am suffering from abdomen to pelvis pain and burning sensation in vigina Suddenly feeling like need to go for urine but nothing such happening and while passing the urine i am getting heavier stomach pain please suggest me something for this any medicine or home remedy and please also say should i avoid sex with my husband or not please suggest something. Thank you.
