Sudden Non Force Vomiting - My 2 Yr Old Baby Suddenly Vomits

My 2 yr old baby suddenly vomits whenever he intakes food or milk. And this is the first time since he was born. Please help. what shall i do? he doesn't have fever or whatsoever, he just vomits and becomes lethargic.
