I am having a sudden jerky movements in the head all of sudden. It will disappear in few seconds. The objects around me are constant and no blurred vision, but only sudden jerky movements in the head/ brain without any pain (like a wave movement in the head/brain). In the recent past did you have any concussions, that is any brain injury caused by a blow to the head or a violent shaking of the head and body!!
If so, consult a doctor and get CT Scan done to rule out the issue. Get your blood pressure checked regularly and also diagnose for hypertension etc.
Either way, consult a doctor and avoid taking any self medication.
