Sudden inflammation all over face.

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Since last two days skin on my face was feeling bumpy..now it has completely covered all my face.. what is wrong with it. No other issues anywhere else. Please help. Attaching a picture for better idea. It's a little itchy and dry and not getting better with anything.
