Sudden fever
Hello doctor, I have sudden onset fever with chills, nausea and photophobia. My pulse was around 110 yesterday (resting 75) and today it is around 90. No signs of the flu or any other infection. Severe body ache and aversion to food. I have started combiflam every 6 hours. I have to travel today, what precautions should I take?

Hello Dear,
If the travel is urgent , you can go ahead otherwise please take some rest. Viral infection leaves behind a lot of body ache and weakness which needs time. Have proper food and avoid outside food. Drink a lot of water and take electral powder once a day if possible. Inspite of taking Combiflam, you can take Tablet Dolo 650 which is more effective and will promptly bring the fever down.
