Sudden fever, back and head pain
After finding out today that I had a fever last week of 101.. just started zyvox orally today, sudden neck pain it hurts to move and constant headache with the fever. What is going on. ... Strep b was inside me for weeks and now I'm hurting so bad in my neck and head and my head feels funny like I'm drunk or dizzy

There is a chance that you are having meningitis.You will have to go to hospital and get a lumbar puncture done as early as possible
