Sudden extreme pain in left leg sometime

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I used to have sudden extreme pain in my left leg At a point of time & it doesent occurs at all when i stay busy in office The pain arises only in left leg & is unbearable.it seems as if two nerves are colliding with each other Kindly suggest whether i should consult a neurologist or physiotherapist or general physician Also please suggest any remedial measure to my problem .
