Sudden decrease in flaccid penis size

Hello, Recently I started seeing that when my penis is flaccid its size is very less(1.5 inch). Earlier it was not the case. And when it is erect it is normal. So why suddenly my flaccid size decreased ? And also I am masturbating fine. Its just concerned me that why suddenly my flaccid size decreased. I was 72kg but I have gained 3 kg and become 75 kg. Please tell me whether there is anything to worry about?
