Sudden crushing pain
Hello I am a 34 years old male use to have occasional sudden crushing pain over left chest lasting for 2-5 secs that subsides automatically but during that 2-5 secs time pain increases while taking breathe so I have to hold my breathe for that period. But after pain subsided I don't get any difficulties and live a normal life.alongwith that I also feel on and off shortness of breathing for last 3 months. Now m taking esiflo inhaler n feel better for breathing problems. I did ECG echocardiograpgh lipid profile thyroid profile R/E blood spirometry all are normal.dr told me that shortness of breathing is due to bronchial asthma as it improves with inhaler and high IgE level. But my concern is about the short lasting chest pain. Is it due to heart problems? But ECG echo is normal and I dnt have any other kind of chest pain. So please tell me the probable cause and any other test that I should go for.
