Sudden chest pain for 10 to 15 min mid chest go for ecg No h/0 smoke alchol and illness B.p h.r in limit Pain go itself Start yoga and excerise since 2 day H/0 asthma pain start aftr nebulzeing with normal saline Take foracort 200mg b.d Ecg attached Go for tmt aur not Tmt normal on date 15 /2021
