Sudden change in mental state
I am experiencing a sudden change in my mental State from 3 days. I was just going out of house and experienced a sudden negative feeling and anxiety. From that day i am still in a state of hopelessness. I am unable to process my real mental state. Is a this sudden brain damage ?
because i have some neurological issue. And always a pain in my back of brain. now it is happening all over head. what is the treatment.??

Appear to agoraphobia likely due to past traumatic experience or may be stress. Not uncommon to have feeling of impending doom and anxiety. Headache likely Tension HA. As its all over the head and band like.
