Sudden butt crack sore

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi, Suddenly I started feeling pain at the top of butt after a long time of sitting. Somehow managed to take a picture and can see a small sore in the crack. Attached the picture here. Is there any home remedy ? Should I consult a doctor in person for this problem? Kindly help me.

It's probably just dry skin that has fissured..apply antibiotic ointments for a few days and than apply mouturisers and see for a week..
