Sudden back pain
I have got back pain suddenly. It is extremely painful. It subsided after taking pills but has not gone completely.
Please suggest.

Its not clear from your description that how long you are suffering/is it from injury etc. However you may take moist heat over the area for 10 min. Give your back rest .continue for 3days.

if no satisfactory result go for IFT/UST for 7days at your nearest physio clinic.
