Sudden acne breakout
I have had generally very clear skin all my life, over the last week I've suddenly had an outbreak of acne which has lead to deep reddening of my face and painful pus filled (occasionally) acne or red acne. I have used steam yesterday and have been applying cleargel over the last 3 days, overnight. The reddening is only getting worse. Please suggest some home made remedies. I wash my face regularly, not exposed to dust, diet is healthy vegetarian and am under no medication.
